Leyte
was charged with tax evasion and fined CAN$60,000. Two months later he left a
suicide note in his abandoned truck and disappeared. Leyte was discovered
following a tip off from the public and charged with another count of fraud,
two counts of false pretence and one count of impersonation.
Leyte was sentenced to 23 Months in jail
